July 2020, New Delhi: While the battle against COVID 19 is being waged on multiple fronts, there is a section of unsung warriors whose commonplace but invaluable contribution to society goes unnoticed in these trying times.
A short video released by Relaxo Foundation attempts to highlight the essential, and by no means small, role of sanitation workers in keeping our surroundings clean and hygienic and puts them in the spotlight.
Mr Ramesh Kumar Dua, President, Relaxo Foundation, said “Sanitation workers across the country are warriors on the frontlines, whose courage and commitment helps us stay safer. This global pandemic has brought to fore the realization of their silent, selfless service to the society which we do appreciate and acknowledge”.
As a token of appreciation, Relaxo Foundation has donated 25,000 pairs of slippers to North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) sanitation workers who have been battling COVID-19 pandemic for over 100 days now and counting.

His healthcare audit work experience includes various Health Maintenance Organizations, hospitals, and durable medical equipment companies, amongst others.
In addition to this role, Alex is instrumental in ensuring each audit engagement undertaken by the firm is performed efficiently and with the upmost integrity. Binelo also has extensive work experience in the audits of various manufacturing, retail, wholesale/distribution, technology, and non-profit organizations. Binelo has extensive expertise in these industries and is often regarded for providing insightful and tailored recommendations to his clients.
His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His civic involvement includes memberships in numerous organizations including FIU Dean’s Council and serves on the Finance and Administration Board of United Way.
