Dynamic Property Duo Andrew Winter & Neale Whitaker return for a brand-new season of Love It Or List It

WEBWIRE

FOXTEL today announced the highly anticipated fifth season of FOXTEL Original Love It or List It Australia hosted by real estate expert Andrew Winter and design guru Neale Whitaker will premiere on Wednesday 27 September 2023 on FOXTEL.

Winter, renowned for his extensive experience in the real estate industry brings his candid advice and valuable market insights, along with Whitaker, one of Australias foremost style gurus with an impeccable eye for detail and flair, will help property owners across Australia who are faced with one of lifes challenging decisions, to renovate or relocate.

This much-loved property series with its signature blend of real estate reality and design inspiration promises to bring another season filled with surprising twists and stunning transformations as homeowners negotiate their housing dilemmas. Its one of the biggest decisions of their lives, with stakes made even higher this season as families face tough economic conditions, with soaring prices and biting interest rates.

Andrew Winter said: We are finally back for season 5 and what a dynamic six months we have had. To be honest at the start of the season we were concerned about the market and if homeowners would see capital growth over the short term – thats tricky in the best markets. It was not the easiest scenarios for either of us with concerns for the homeowners over capitalising and a market with literally nothing for sale. Are results predictable? Absolutely not.

Ive loved working on this season, what is not to like? It is just a fun format, and it is all real, real-life dilemmas, real homes, and real renovations.

Neale Whitaker said: Its exciting to finally be back with a new season of Love It Or List It Australia. I may be biased, but I genuinely believe season 5 is our best yet. The worlds changed quite a bit since out last season and Andrew and I both knew we were in for a rollercoaster of tight renovation budgets, demanding deadlines and challenging property searches. Throwing unpredictable human emotions into the mix made it a white-knuckle ride. For me the result is ten very different renovations that give the homeowners bang for their buck and life-changing potential.

Love It Or List It Australia is produced by Beyond Productions, a Banijay Company exclusively for FOXTEL. Format created by Big Coat Productions and represented by Banijay Rights.

“TNT: The Dynamic Duo” by Marguerite Anderson Combines the Themes of Friendship and Sports

The book tells the story of two best friends and how their friendship progresses over time.

San Diego, CA – WEBWIRE

The story represents love and friendship through tragedies and triumphs.

TNT: The Dynamic Duo by Marguerite Anderson tells the story of the friendship between TNT Tony and Tim Dynamites friendship. It also includes the back story of the two best friends before they met and after they met. This young adult fiction shows how true friendship develops over time through triumphs and tragedies. The book highlights the importance of trust and loyalty and expresses the love of family and friendship.

Anthony Tone Jordan and Tim Anderson are neighbors in Durham, North Carolina. They had been best friends since junior high school and played basketball since they met. The two best friends ended up with so many nicknames, such as awesome twosome and dynamic duo. In high school, they were called TNT Tony and Tim Dynamite. In their senior year, as High School Jaguars, they won their first state championship.

Marguerite Anderson wrote an enjoyable story inspired by her teaching experience as a third-grade and college teacher. She is also an advisor to cheerleaders, color guard, and coach of the track. Some characters are based on some of her students characteristics, trials, and troubles. Young adults who go through the same experiences as Tony and Tim will find the story relatable.

About the Author
Marguerite Anderson was born and raised in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, home of little league baseball. She earned a B.S. and M.S. in Special Education and an M.Ed. in Habilitative Sciences.

Anderson taught public school for thirty-five years in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Her experience ranges from teaching third grade to teaching at the college level. However, most of her years of teaching were at the high school level.

During her experience, she was an advisor to cheerleaders, color guard, and coach of the track. It was during these times that she observed children or teenagers go through many personal trials and tribulations, some of which ended up better than others. Her writings are based on students whom she knew and worked with in different capacities.

This book is based on some of those students. None of the characteristics match one person. She took a little of this and a little of that to make the characters depicted in the book.

Stage, the Dynamic Monetization Platform for SaaS Teams, Raises $5.1 Million Seed Round

Stage is helping software teams gain visibility and flexibility in pricing, packaging, and billing to improve paid conversion and sales efficiency without the engineering burden

San Francisco, CA – WEBWIRE

Stage, the monetization platform for SaaS teams, is announcing the availability of its first product–flexible plans and packaging–as well as a $5.1 million seed round led by Kara Nortman at Upfront Ventures alongside F-Prime Capital, HighSage Ventures, BoxGroup, and prominent founders and angels from Adobe, Stripe, Plaid, Figma, and more.

Stage provides all-in-one software and APIs to help software teams understand, measure, and capture value across their product, with features including:

  • Flexible Pricing and Plans
  • Configurable Feature Gates
  • Feature Usage and Adoption Tracking
  • Trial and Pilot Management
  • Configurable Add-Ons, Bundles, and Discounts
  • Fully-Integrated Billing

Stage works alongside existing billing and payment systems, such as Stripe, to provide intelligence and control over when and what gets monetized within SaaS products.

Leave no value uncaptured: In 2022 an estimated $570B will be spent on software globally, but Stage believes that number could be significantly larger because most software businesses are under-monetized. Stage helps software teams close the Value-Monetization Gap – the difference between the value created for and the value captured from customers – by solving the data and infrastructure challenge required to monetize effectively.

“Monetization is an intimate series of moments in your customer’s experience. You must remind customers of the value awaiting them, and that value must be reflected in the product itself,” said CEO and co-founder Patrick Despres-Gallagher. “Most companies ‘set and forget’ pricing and monetization because of the risk, fear, and effort associated with evolving these monetization moments, but we know we are providing the data and control needed to make good choices over time with confidence.”

Back to the basics: Market conditions have turned and software businesses are refocusing on revenue and cash flow objectives over growth at any cost. Product-led growth (PLG) and “try before you buy” sales motions are now a cornerstone of effective and efficient revenue growth, but these are not static experiences. The burden of understanding and keeping up with the market and customer preferences is growing for engineering teams that are already struggling to keep pace with aggressive roadmaps. Ultimately, this leads to less value being created for customers while product, engineering, and data teams are left to connect the dots between access, usage, and billing–a big distraction.

“Pricing and packaging is hard,” said Loom CEO and Co-Founder Joe Thomas when discussing challenges around monetization. “It used to feel like there was no way around it… or is there?” Stage is the solving this problem by revolutionizing how companies approach monetization.

Making Monetization a Science

”Monetization is an area of deep insecurity for many software businesses. As an investor, board member, and former operator, it’s one of the areas where we spend a lot of time with our portfolio–and where art can become science with platforms like Stage,“ said Kara Nortman, Managing Partner at Upfront Ventures. ”I’m excited to help them give companies confidence in their monetization stack and a toolset to create a better experience for their customers”
