Since 2016, Mr. Henyon has found tremendous success as the chief executive officer for Corporate Consulting Inc., which was originally established by his father 40 years ago. Prior to entering the family business, he was interested in providing emergency health services in extreme situations. After studying biology and sociology at the University of Virginia, he completed the thorough training required to become a certified patroller for the National Ski Patrol. Three years later, he continued along this professional path as a flight paramedic for the University of Virginia Health System.

Mr. Henyon eventually traded the mountains for the board room in 2009, at which point he purchased Corporate Consulting from his father. After flourishing as the aforementioned company’s president for more than five years, he advanced to the post of the chief executive officer and now focuses on helping fellow business leaders grow their operations by accessing the true value of their employees. In 2019, Corporate Consulting was selected as the Best Consulting Firm in Charlottesville by the Best of Charlottesville Awards Program.

In addition to leading and expanding Corporate Consulting, Mr. Henyon remains active with the National Ski Patrol as well as the University of Virginia Health System. He has served on numerous leadership committees for outdoor emergency care and emergency management. Likewise, Mr. Henyon has also volunteered as a paramedic and firefighter for the Charlottesville-Albemarle Rescue Squad Inc. since 1989.
