Competence certification is needed to certify the manpower ability and competences. LSP Transafe Indonesia successfully conducts BNSP Assessor Training/ Pelatihan Asesor Sertifikasi BNSP. These New Assessors will support the new Transafe’s Certification Scheme

LSP Transafe Indonesia (www.TransafeIndonesia.co.id) announces another successful BNSP Certification event. This time it is BNSP Assessor certification for its assessors. This training and competence certification conducted for invitation only personnel. It takes place in Hotel Sofyan Tebet from January 28th – Feb 1st 2019.
Participants are coming from different background including, Lecturer, Senior HSE, HSE Trainers. Transafe Dharma Persada group internal trainers joining this event are coming from TransWISH Indonesia, Transafe Sumatera Singapore Malaysia (TSSM) from Batam and Transafe Jakarta.
This event is opened by Mrs. Sri Astuti, LSP Transafe’s Certification Manager and Mrs. Annisa, LSP Transafe’s Quality Manager. Also present Mr. Luki Tantra.
In the opening speech, LSP Transafe’s Management emphasizes that competency certification becomes a national strategic and issue and common understanding; therefore several companies and industries make competency certification as one of their performance targets. As a consequence of that, LSP Transafe must be able to prepare competency certification instruments properly, one of which is the competency assessor.
Also, the provision of new assessors for LSP Transafe is to increase service to its customer. It is also as a way to support the new scheme obtained from BNSP. Currently, LSP Transafe Indonesia possess 27 Competence Scheme including Sea Survival Sertifikasi BNSP and HUET Sertifikasi BNSP.
In the end of the long week, all participants are recommended Competent by The Master Assessors In Charge.

BNSP/IPCB (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi / Indonesian Profession Certification Body) is the Indonesian authorized profession competence certification. LSP Transafe Batam is an Authorized Profession Certification Body / LSP from BNSP.
BNSP is the Indonesian authority in charge of implementing the certification of personnel and professional competence for all manpower in Indonesia. The agency is working to ensure the quality of competence and recognition of labor in all sectors of the profession in Indonesia through the certification process.
