Seth Nesbitt Brings Global Experience Leading Corporate and Product Marketing Teams Through Rapid Growth and Acquisition

Bellevue, WA, October 20, 2016 – Icertis, the leading provider of enterprise contract lifecycle management in the cloud, today announced the addition of Seth Nesbitt as Chief Marketing Officer to its Contract Lifecycle Management A-Team. Nesbitt brings extensive experience leading corporate and product marketing for global enterprise software and cloud computing companies through rapid growth and acquisition. His appointment is one of several executive new hires recently announced, including the addition of Nagi Prabhu as Chief Product Officer.

Prior to joining Icertis, Nesbitt spent five years at Ecova, an energy and sustainability cloud software company, where he held a variety of strategic positions ranging from CMO to SVP of Sales and Marketing, and most recently, Chief Commercial Officer. Throughout his tenure at Ecova, he contributed to the business growth, overall profitability and ultimately Ecova’s successful acquisition by a strategic buyer, by integrating the company’s marketing initiatives and revenue generation strategies. Prior to Ecova, Nesbitt held several senior level marketing and product marketing roles in the US and UK at Amdocs, a global provider of software and solutions to the telecom industry.
