Seth Nesbitt Brings Global Experience Leading Corporate and Product Marketing Teams Through Rapid Growth and Acquisition
Bellevue, WA, October 20, 2016 – Icertis, the leading provider of enterprise contract lifecycle management in the cloud, today announced the addition of Seth Nesbitt as Chief Marketing Officer to its Contract Lifecycle Management A-Team. Nesbitt brings extensive experience leading corporate and product marketing for global enterprise software and cloud computing companies through rapid growth and acquisition. His appointment is one of several executive new hires recently announced, including the addition of Nagi Prabhu as Chief Product Officer.
“The company’s recent injection of Series B funding, coupled with a steady string of partnership and customer wins, speaks to the demand Icertis is already experiencing in the market due to the unique value it delivers to its clients,” said Nesbitt. “Icertis has only scratched the surface on fulfilling the strong pent up demand for its solution, and the company is undergoing tremendous growth. I am excited to join Icertis at a time when the company is set to think big, aim high and go for the gold.”
Prior to joining Icertis, Nesbitt spent five years at Ecova, an energy and sustainability cloud software company, where he held a variety of strategic positions ranging from CMO to SVP of Sales and Marketing, and most recently, Chief Commercial Officer. Throughout his tenure at Ecova, he contributed to the business growth, overall profitability and ultimately Ecova’s successful acquisition by a strategic buyer, by integrating the company’s marketing initiatives and revenue generation strategies. Prior to Ecova, Nesbitt held several senior level marketing and product marketing roles in the US and UK at Amdocs, a global provider of software and solutions to the telecom industry.
“Seth’s experience is spot on as we begin aggressively amplifying our message to the world,” said Samir Bodas, CEO and cofounder of Icertis. “Over the years, we’ve worked hard to serve many of the world’s most recognizable brands as customers, with accelerating year over year revenue growth. I am looking forward to Seth helping us to dramatically increase the Icertis brand footprint, and extend our leadership position in the $6 billion contract lifecycle management market.”
This year has been a landmark year for Icertis, marked by major customer wins in North America, Europe, and Asia, best-of-breed partnerships with Microsoft, Box, and PROS, and industry recognition by Gartner, Forrester, and Glassdoor. The momentum is driven by the sophistication of the ICM platform, with more and more Fortune 500 companies standardizing on ICM.
