USEE leads delegation to go to World Food Forum 2025 and AFCD and Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations indication Letter of Intent (with images)

The Under Secretary for Environment and Ecology, Miss Diane Wong, led a delegation to participate in the World Food Forum 2025 held by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Rome, Italy, on October 13. The delegation went to different activities arranged by the World Food Forum, and convened with the Permanent Mission of individuals’s Republic of China to the United Nations Agencies in Rome and the FAO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific.

The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the FAO today (October 17, Rome time) to even more enhance understanding exchanges in between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government and the FAO, in addition to promote local co-operation.
