Deadly traffic mishap in Tin Shui Wai

Authorities are examining a deadly traffic mishap in Tin Shui Wai today (October 15), in which a male passed away.
At about 11.17 am, Police got a report that a male was caught underneath a medium items lorry (MGV) with a container trailer.
Law enforcement officer sped to the scene. The 71-year-old guy was saved by firefighters. Sustaining severe numerous injuries, he was hurried to Tin Shui Wai Hospital in unconscious state and was accredited dead at 1.16 pm today.
Preliminary examination exposed that the guy had actually parked his MGV at a storage facility parking area in San Hing Tsuen on Lau Fau Shan Road. After alighting, the car supposedly rolled forward. The male tried to re-enter his lorry to brake. The lorry door then struck the container of another MGV parked in front, trapping him in between his automobile and the container. The other MGV consequently moved off and the male supposedly was up to the ground, after which he was run over by his still-rolling automobile.
Examination by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North is underway.
