Deadly traffic mishap in Kowloon City

Cops are examining a deadly traffic mishap in Kowloon City this afternoon (September 9), in which a female passed away.

At 3.35 pm, a personal automobile driven by a 62-year-old male was taking a trip along Shing Tak Street towards a parking area at Ma Tau Wat Estate. When approaching the entryway of the parking lot, the personal automobile supposedly took a trip in the opposite instructions and went out of control, throughout which it tore down a 55-year-old female pedestrian and a 62-year-old female pedestrian, and after that crashed into a parked personal cars and truck and a parked light items car inside the parking lot.

Sustaining head and legs injuries, the 55-year-old female pedestrian was hurried to Kwong Wah Hospital in unconscious state and was licensed dead at 4.07 pm. The 62-year-old female pedestrian, the 62-year-old male motorist, 4 travelers (3 males and one female, aged 46 to 58) onboard the personal cars and truck sustained injuries, and were sent out to Kwong Wah Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital respectively for treatment in mindful state.

After more examinations, the 62-year-old guy was detained for hazardous driving triggering death. He is being apprehended for more queries.

Examination by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon West is under method.
