Plans of civil services in LegCo Complex under negative weather

As the Observatory has actually provided the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the plans of civil services in the Legislative Council (LegCo) Complex these days (August 5) are as follows:
The services of the LegCo Public Complaints Office, the LegCo Library, the LegCo Archives along with assisted trips and education service will be suspended. Provider will be resumed 2 hours after the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled. If the above Signal is cancelled at or after 3pm, services will be suspended for the entire day.
