Reaction to media queries about plans of 2025 Honours and Awards Presentation Ceremony

In reaction to media queries, a Government spokesperson today (November 11) stated that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government is performing a disciplinary examination on the event of the Government Logistics Department’s procurement of bottled drinking water. A variety of officers at the frontline, middle and senior levels are associated with the examination, which is still continuous. After seeking advice from the Honours and Non-official Justices of the Peace Selection Committee, pending the result of the examination, Mr Carlson Chan will not be consisted of in the presence list of the Honours and Awards Presentation Ceremony to be hung on November 15.
