Bengaluru-based realty significant Sobha Ltd taped an earnings after tax (PAT)of 73 crore, up by 178 percent. The earnings grew 52 percent y-o-y to 1,469 crore.

Jagadish Nangineni, Managing Director, Sobha Limited, stated that the business has actually finished 2.25 mn sq feet (1185 homes) in the very first half of the year. “Improved success would show as we increase the volume of shipments in greater margin jobs.
