The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet on Tuesday authorized a proposition to pay outsourced workers in numerous departments and organizations a month-to-month honorarium of Rs 16,000 to Rs 20,000.

The services of outsourced staff members for federal government departments and organizations are handled through the Uttar Pradesh Outsourcing Service Corporation, a non-financial, non-profit public business formed under Article 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.
State Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna, while instruction press reporters on the choices made at a Cabinet conference chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a proposition to enhance the service conditions of outsourced staff members was authorized.
The corporation will choose company through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) website, he stated, including outsourced staffers will be engaged for 26 working days monthly, get their honorarium in between the very first and 5th of every month, and have a three-year visit duration.

“Until now, the amount paid as honorarium or salary was deposited in the account of the service provider, leading to complaints that employees were not receiving their full wages,” Khanna stated.
“The government aims to ensure that outsourced employees receive respectable salaries, better service conditions, and the benefit of reservations,” he included.
