Health center Authority resumes service plans
***********************************************
The following is released on behalf of the Hospital Authority:
The Hospital Authority (HA) revealed that its basic out-patient centers (GOPCs), professional out-patient centers (SOPCs), allied health and other day services will resume service slowly within 2 hours after the cancellation of the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal.
Persistent health problem or professional out-patient center clients who have actually arranged consultations at GOPCs, SOPCs, allied health or other day services, can follow the guidelines noted on the visit slips for the plans if their consultations are impacted by the rainstorm. Clients who reserved their consultations through the telephone system or mobile app “HA Go” can make a brand-new visit one hour after the cancellation of the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal.
The HA representative stated, “Due to the bad weather, some patients were unable to attend their consultations. It is anticipated that the number of patients will increase in the coming few days. The HA has adopted different measures to enhance manpower and service capacities to cope with the demand and render assistance to patients in need.”
