Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, Managing Director of PHE Industries Private Limited and a renowned expert in hydraulic engineering with over 35 years of experience, today announced the launch of his debut book, “Shared Success” a comprehensive and insightful guide aimed at entrepreneurs and business leaders seeking to build, nurture, and sustain effective partnerships.

Mr. Srivastava started his career in 1990, and spent time working in technical roles before a well-earned move into commercial rolls at both Larsen & Toubro and Svedala. He set up Precision Hydraulic Engineers in 2000, which was merged with Sunbeam Precision Engineers to create PHE Industries Pvt. Ltd is today a front runner in hydraulic repair, service and in providing system solutions, serving some of the biggest clients including including ONGC, Northern Railways and DP World.
Barring his entrepreneurial thrust, Mr. Srivastava is an avid knowledge-sharer and guide. He founded the PHE Institute of Hydraulics in 2010, which has trained over 2,000 professionals in India and abroad.
