On Friday, China started an examination into the United States semiconductor producer over its acquisition of Israel’s Autotalks, China’s market regulator stated.
China’s State Administration for Market Regulation stated the probe would take a look at whether Qualcomm broke China’s antitrust law by not legally stating some information in its acquisition of the Israeli chip designer.
