2 Terrorists Killed in LoC Clash

SRINAGAR: Security forces eliminated 2 Islamic militants in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district along the Line of Control (LoC) early Tuesday, authorities reported.
The clash happened when Army soldiers discovered suspicious motion near the border fence and opened fire. The militants, trying to penetrate from Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), were neutralised throughout the occurring firefight, authorities here stated.
“A large-scale search operation is ongoing to confirm no additional terrorists remain in the area,” they included.
