Apple television has actually launched the trailer for Mr. Scorsesea five-part documentary series from director Rebecca Miller that analyzes the life, profession, and innovative fascinations of famous filmmaker Martin Scorsese. The series will have its opening night this Saturday in the Spotlight area of the New York Film Festival, ahead of its October 17 streaming launching.
The docuseries mixes never-before-seen archival video with intimate interviews from Scorsese and a few of his closest partners. Appearing in the series are long time screen partners Robert De Niro, Daniel Day-Lewis, and Leonardo DiCaprio, in addition to Steven Spielberg, Sharon Stone, Jodie Foster, Mick Jagger, Robbie Robertson, Thelma Schoonmaker, Cate Blanchett, Paul Schrader, Margot Robbie, Jay Cocks, and Rodrigo Prieto. Scorsese’s household, consisting of partner Helen Morris and his kids, likewise share individual reflections.
