Yesterday, details surfaced on three new Oppo F-series phones, the F31, F31 Pro and F31 Pro+. Now, the same source has released the first images of the trio. We have to say, for three models sharing the same name, they don’t look all that similar.
Starting with the top model, the Oppo F31 Pro+ will have a flat display (size and resolution TBD) and will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset equipped with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. It has a circular camera island, similar to the F29 Pro from earlier this year.

The Oppo F31 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 7300, probably the same chipset that was used in the F29 Pro (that was the “Energy” variant of the 7300). The camera island on this one has a squircle shape.

Finally, the Oppo F31 will be powered by the Dimensity 6300. For reference, the vanilla F29 used the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.

All three F31 models will have 7,000mAh batteries, which is an upgrade over the F29 (6,500mAh) and F29 Pro (6,000mAh). The vanilla and Pro models will support 80W charging (this is an upgrade for the vanilla phone as the F29 topped out at 45W).
There are no details on the charge rate for the Oppo F31 Pro+. It’s easy to assume that it will do 80W like its siblings, but the Pro+ moniker could hint at an upgrade. Or not – the Oppo F27, F27 Pro and F27 Pro+ charged at 45W, 67W and 67W, respectively. The F29 series never got a Pro+ model.
