Sharp Corporation and Sharp Energy Solutions Corporation (* 1) (hereinafter described as “Sharp”) have actually signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) relating to the contribution of solar modules to support electrification-deficient locations in the Republic of Kenya (hereinafter “Kenya”). The MOU states that the solar modules contributed by Sharp will be transferred to Kenya by Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and AAR Japan will support the setup on-site.
