QlikTech Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering of Common Stock and Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

BANGALORE, India - 06 September 2010 - Qlik Technologies Inc. ("QlikTech"), a provider of business intelligence software, today announced that it has closed its previously announced initial public offering of 11,200,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. In connection with the initial public offering, the underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 1,680,000 shares of common stock from QlikTech. As a result, the total initial public offering size was 12,880,000 shares. The shares of common stock are traded on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "QLIK."
