announced today that Viridian Founder and CEO Michael Fallquist and
General Counsel Jan Fox have been appointed to co-chair the National
Energy Marketers (NEM) Consumer Rights and Marketer Code of Conduct
Committee. A national, non-profit trade association representing
wholesale and retail marketers of natural gas and electricity, NEM has
tasked Fallquist and Fox with serving on the committee that handles
policy related issues in the consumer marketing and consumer bill of
rights segment of the energy market.
