Warrior Movie Review:

When we hear the word’warrior’, we generally consider a soldier combating on the border. Movie theater frequently offers this title to the farmer, whose everyday battle is versus bad roadways, heavy loans, and federal government overlook. Umesh Hebbal’s Warrior builds on this extremely concept, revealing the farmer as an unrecognized hero handling an unreasonable system. Kannada movie theater has actually seen this story often times: an overlooked town, an informed boy who feel much better to farm his land, and corrupt regional managers who should be taught a lesson. Warrior adhere to this familiar course. The director plainly appreciates town problems, however having a great heart and a good message is insufficient when the storytelling ends up being weak.

Director: Umesh Hebbal

Cast: Umesh Hebbal, Soumya Subhash, Bala Rajwadi, Rohini Kashyap, Roy Badiger, Siddu Mandya, Harshith Gowda, and Bheeshma Ramaiah

The fundamental concept is great. What takes place when an informed youth uses up farming, just to discover that speeches applauding farmers imply absolutely nothing in reality? The movie takes a look at this through Dhruva (Umesh Hebbal), a farming post-graduate who goes back to his town to work the fields.

The movie makes a sincere point about how individuals appreciate farming just in words. An early scene about a marital relationship proposition reveals this plainly: a daddy is declined merely since his child operates in the mud rather of being in an air conditioning workplace. It is an easy, genuine minute that highlights how society looks down on farmers.

Warrior works best when it remains near to daily town life. The absence of a high school, having just one bus for the whole town, and the worry moms and dads feel when schoolgirls stroll back home alone through dark fields are all genuine, relatable issues. These scenes offer the movie genuine heart.

The issue begins when the movie moves far from these problems. The love track with Sneha (Soumya Subhash) includes absolutely nothing to the plot and slows things down. The funny scenes feel totally out of location. The jokes are old and meaningless, breaking the major state of mind of the movie, with a handful of star inlcuding Rohini Kashyap, Roy Badiger, Siddu Mandya, Harshith Gowda, Bheeshma Ramaiah to name a few, they never ever make their existence count.
