Cops are examining a deadly traffic mishap took place in North Point today (September 5) in which a guy passed away.

Authorities got a report at 10.37 am that a personal cars and truck driven by a 54-year-old male was taking a trip along Island Eastern Corridor westbound. When approaching the North Point Ferry Concourse Promenade, it suspectedly lost control and hit a personal automobile driven by a 44-year-old male and another personal automobile.

Sustaining no shallow injury, the 54-year-old personal vehicle chauffeur was hurried to Ruttonjee Hospital in unconscious state and was licensed dead at 12.08 pm on the very same day.

Examination by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Hong Kong Island is underway.
