Award winning fintech app backed by leading global investors expands hiring at Bengaluru R&D hub to accelerate innovation
Earnifi, a fast-growing consumer fintech platform offering real-time wage access and rent-splitting tools, has been named a Bronze Stevie® Award winner in the Financial Services category at the 2025 American Business Awards®, held June 10 at the Marriott Marquis in New York.
This recognition highlights Earnifi’s impact in delivering digital financial solutions tailored to students and hourly workers in the U.S. The American Business Awards are among the nation’s premier business honors. Winners were selected from more than 3,700 nominations, with final judging conducted by over 250 industry experts worldwide.
Launched in late 2024, Earnifi has quickly scaled to become one of the top 10 finance apps in the U.S. App Store, with a mission to reduce liquidity stress and expand financial access. The app enables users to access earned wages instantly, split rent with roommates, and manage personal cash flow through a mobile-first interface.
Earnifi is backed by a syndicate of institutional investors including Framework Ventures, Nascent Limited Partnership, Finality Capital Partners, and EV3 Master Fund.
A key driver of Earnifi’s growth is its India R&D Center in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, which anchors the company’s technology, compliance, and credit innovation. The center employs talent from top global firms including Google, Coinbase, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Citi, Lazard Asset Management, among others.
“We’re honored by this recognition and proud of what our global team has built,” said Aryn Chadha, CEO and Co-Founder of Earnifi. “Our India R&D team plays a foundational role in building the infrastructure, intelligence, and user experience that sets Earnifi apart.”
To support continued growth, Earnifi is hiring for roles across engineering, product, AI/ML, credit systems, and payments infrastructure in India and the US.
