Among her experiences supporting corporate and government clients in litigations, arbitrations and regulatory proceedings, she has worked with complex, unstructured data from numerous types of materials to analyze accounting-related issues, conduct financial forensic investigations, develop business valuations, and evaluate damages and lost profits.
Additionally, Dr. Cheng supports clients and experts to assess issues concerning accounting practice, disclosure, and internal control under the guidance of US and international accounting standards. She has also consulted on accounting related matters for utility companies regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state regulators. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified fraud examiner (CFE).
