I scheduled my car service in the month of march 2020 at your Authorised Service center i.e Unique Car Scanners – Plot no: 514/4, Suraj Kund Road, Meerut.

But due to lockdown I am not driving my car during lockdown duration. After Unlock2 I am driving my car and facing some mileage issues.

So i contact the Unique car scanners and discussed the situation. He asked my car number and told me the details of what they do on that car service. After that they told me to recheck the car and share a link on my phone number to generate a car service token. On the first link they asked your UPI Password.

After that they sent me different messages with different different numbers and asked to share the OTP. First OTP is shared by me, after that they send me another message and ask for another OTP. When I declined to share another OTP. He forced me to share the OTP misbehave with me and started abusing me a lot.

I am too much frustrated with this type of scam and behaviour from the Maruti side. This scam is 100% done by Maruti side because he told me all details of my car when I shared my car number like every service KM, Date, etc.

This dealer is doing so much fraud and they might have changed the part of my car at the time of service. Canara Bank is also involved in this fraud, without any account in Canara Bank how they will start my Mobile Banking Service.

Requested you to take a serious action against the dealer and cancel the dealership too.
