Dubai-based developer Shaikhani Group has announced the delivery schedule of its $21.8m (AED80m) Cambridge Business Centre located in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). The nine-storey Club Cambridge Business Centre spans over 15,150sqm and contains 116 commercial units.

Around 90% of the construction work by Cairo Contracting Company, the main contractor for this building tower, has been completed. Shaikhani Group is currently proceeding with the handover plans.

The 116 commercial units of Cambridge Business Centre will provide small, medium and large offices with a thematic design based on classic British architecture and fully equipped with advanced amenities such as Wi-Fi, keyless entry and 24-hour security.

The 9-storey tower will house retail shops, banking facilities, travel agency on the ground floor, in addition to health club at the rooftop.

Shaikhani Group is developing 11 projects that will deliver 2,100 residential and commercial units in Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai Silicon Oasis. Of these, the company is in advanced stage of completion of $410m worth of projects involving 1,250 units while the rest are at the beginning of the development cycle and are expected to be completed by 2020.
