The Leisure and Cultural Services Department revealed today (September 13) that due to huge waves, warnings have actually been raised at Stanley Main Beach, Shek O Beach and Big Wave Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island; Cheung Chau Tung Wan Beach in Islands District; and Trio Beach and Silverstrand Beach in Sai Kung District. Beachgoers are encouraged not to swim at these beaches.
