Their inspiring journeys exemplify excellence, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to societal progress.Organised by Optimal Media Solutions, a division of Times Internet Limited, The Times of India Group, the event brought together women leaders from across sectors to celebrate their achievements. It also served as a platform to inspire and encourage future generations of women to pursue leadership roles with confidence and purpose.

The evening was made possible through the support of partners committed to empowering women. Moderated by Priya Rajiv, Wellness Coach and Mentor for Young Leaders for Social Change, the discussion explored the growing importance of empathy, mindfulness, and values-driven leadership.Panelists emphasised that effective leadership today extends beyond performance and results.

Creating safe spaces, fostering trust, encouraging innovation, and nurturing holistic development were identified as key attributes of conscious leadership. The discussion reinforced that leadership rooted in empathy and self-awareness has the power to inspire lasting change.Another engaging segment was the fireside chat,“She Wears Power: Jewellery, Heritage & the New Indian Woman.” The conversation explored how jewellery has evolved from a symbol of tradition into an expression of identity, confidence, achievement, and self-worth.

Speaking on the subject, Manepally Gopi Krishna highlighted how jewellery today beautifully bridges heritage with modern aspirations, empowering women to express their individuality and success.The event reached an inspiring conclusion with acclaimed actor and social advocate Bhumi Pednekar felicitating the awardees.
