CHENNAI: A guy flying from Kuwait was jailed in Chennai upon the flight’s landing for smoking cigarettes aboard the airplane Sunday. The implicated, Ajmir Sheik Mohammed was scheduled under Section 10 of Aircraft Act and was launched on bail.
Cops stated the implicated need to appear before the court when summoned.Ajmir supposedly illuminated a cigarette inside among the bathrooms in the IndiGo flight. When a fellow guest grumbled about cigarette smoke originating from the bathroom, the team faced Ajmir, who confessed to the offense.
