Physician’s Plan Introduces Cynosure Elite+ Laser Services

Physician’s Plan, a leader in the delivery of skin care and wellness treatments, is pleased to announce that the Mount Pleasant location now has a new Cynosure Elite+™ laser workstation that treats all skin types for hair removal, veins, pigment and brown spots—helping our patients to feel their best through customized treatments targeted to their individual needs.

The new Elite+ technology combines the use of alexandrite crystals and YAG lasers to deliver a true laser gold standard in laser hair removal. The alexandrite laser is a solid-state laser employing a gemstone called alexandrite for effective treatments. When it comes to treating skin concerns, YAG lasers are real workhorses—and a staple in many dermatology and medical offices. The system makes laser hair removal very comfortable as a result of its cooling technology, while treatment of veins, rosacea-collagen stimulation, pigment and brown spot treatments are more effective because of its technology that promotes melanin absorption.
