The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on Regulatory Proposal PRO2022-01, Pre-Consultation – Proposed Regulatory Amendments to the Pest Control Products Regulations (Research). This proposal is being distributed for information and comments. The PMRA will accept written comments from the public on this proposal for up to 45 days from the date of publication of this document.

Once the decision on Regulatory Proposal PRO2022-01, Pre-Consultation – Proposed Regulatory Amendments to the Pest Control Products Regulations (Research)is finalized, the PMRA will post a decision on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada’s website.
