Oaks/CaraVita Senior Care, LLC enters into a Management Agreement with Diversified Healthcare Trust. This agreement will add 26 communities into the Oaks growing portfolio and expand the continuum of care through its joint venture partner CaraVita Senior Care. Oaks/CaraVita assumed management of the communities on July 26, 2021. The communities 2,191 units are comprised of independent living, assisted living and memory care and will all operate under Oaks Senior Living branding.
