Sony SAB’s Maddam Sir is all set to witness the entry of immensely talented artiste, Manoj Chandila who is set to essay the role of limelight hungry actor, Ajay Kumar. Sony SAB’s Maddam Sir aims to showcase social issues through the eyes of four dynamic women police officers and has continued to win audiences’ hearts with its light-hearted content and powerful performances from the cast.

Manoj Chandila will enter Maddam Sir for the upcoming episodes as heartthrob Ajay Kumar, a famous Bollywood hero known for his cop franchise movies. He is hungry for limelight even when he is not shooting and is always worried about his public image and his looks.

Ajay arrives at Lucknow to shoot for his upcoming film and on his way, Pushpa (Sonali Naik) stops his vehicle for having heavily tinted glasses and fines him. This does not go well with Ajay and as a result of which he humiliates Pushpa for stopping his car. After being humiliated by the actor, Pushpa decides to quit her job. On the other hand, S.H.O. Haseena (Gulki Joshi) later informs everyone that they have been given the responsibility of Ajay Kumar’s security as he will be shooting in front of their Mahila Police Thana. While Maddam Sir and the team deal with Ajay Kumar’s tantrums, the situation will take a rather serious turn when a bomb threat puts Ajay’s life at risk.

What happens next and how will Haseena Mallik and her team save Ajay Kumar? The upcoming episodes have all the answers.

Manoj Chandila, essaying the role of Ajay Kumar said, “It has been an amazing experience to be a part of Sony SAB’s Maddam Sir. I loved the concept of the show and I feel fortunate to be playing this cameo. I am playing the role of superstar Ajay Kumar who is a complex character who is blinded by fame and limelight. It has been a unique experience to play a character like this and the episodes further showcase the dire situation he comes under as a bomb threat puts his life on the line. I hope all the viewers of Maddam Sir enjoy the upcoming episodes and I look forward to their response.”
