Ingredients:
For CBD-infused Pesto:
• ½ cup fresh parsley
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon pine nuts
• 2 medium garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 teaspoon CBD Full-Spectrum CBD oil
• A pinch of salt and black pepper to taste

For Shrimp Pasta:
• 8 ounce penne pasta (uncooked)
• 1 lb asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1-2 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Salt and black pepper as required

Method:
For the Pesto:
1. Wash the green leaves under cold water and add all the pesto ingredients in a food blender. Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth sauce.

2. Take all the pesto sauce out from the food blender and transfer it into a small bowl. Cover a bowl with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.

For the Shrimp Pasta:
1. In a large pan, boil water over medium heat and add the uncooked penne pasta. You can add some drops of cooking oil and some pint of salt in the pasta.

2. Take a large saucepan and melt butter with olive oil on a medium heat until it melts completely.

3. Marinate the shrimps with crushed red chili flakes, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. After marinating, place the shrimps into the pan. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes at each side until it becomes pink. Squeeze the lemon juice over the top.

4. Add the asparagus to the pasta in the last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain and set aside.

5. Once the shrimp get thoroughly cooked, add the pasta and asparagus to the pan and sauté for a minute and remove from the heat.

6. Add 6-8 tablespoons of pesto into a pasta mixture, add cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top.

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degree centigrade.
2. Place a baking sheet on a tray with sweet potatoes and onions.
3. Add a bit of olive oil to coat all the vegetables.
4. Roast for 8–10 minutes.
5. While the vegetables are into the oven for baking, heat a large heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, add chickpeas with seasonings.
6. Once the skillet is hot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and chickpeas and sauté constantly. Cook for about 10 minutes and set aside.
7. Take the vegetables out from the oven after 8–10 minutes, flip sweet potatoes on the other side and add broccoli. Bake for another 10 minutes.
8. Remove the vegetables from the oven and add kale. Add olive oil on a kale and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 5 minutes then set aside.
9. Serve your steak on a plate, add the vegetables, and top with chickpeas and tahini sauce. Enjoy your dinner meal!
