Mr. Smith comes to the firm with 25 years of business development experience. Since 1995, he has occupied top leadership roles in several business incubator companies, serving clients across 22 industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Smith has focused on serving small to medium enterprise business owners, start-up entrepreneurs, and the business capital community by developing and executing professional-grade business finance documentation, venture underwriting services, and valuations.
