Education is the key in self development as well as gaining knowledge, we learn about ourselves, other people, other cultures as we move out of our comfort zone and face challenges as we grow. I have always competed with myself. When I look at myself in the mirror, if I have a clear conscience and satisfied with myself, then I am happy. This is what I call true celebration in lie. One needs to stop running and one must aim as I did in my life is to touch the lives of other people, make a difference. To be able to do that, first I have to know myself , invest in myself, emotionally, and move from looking at life from a black and white frame of mindset to coloured mode and learn to move foward said Dr. Darukan.
