A skillfully handcrafted 6 course menu which comprises of Watermelon Carpaccio, Roasted Red Pepper With Coconut Milk Soup, English Cheddar Cheese and Veg Puff Roll / Pull Chicken Puff Roll / Spicy Prawns Puff Roll, Red Wine Sangria Sorbet (palate cleanser), Green Cauliflower Mac n Cheese with Red Wine Tomato Basil Sauce / Chicken Stuffed with Leak Stroganoff Sauce / Cilantro Pistachio Pesto Shrimp Pasta and to end it with a perfect dessert – Strawberry Chocolate Cups.
