NokScoot, the joint venture low-cost carrier of Thailand’s Nok Air and Singapore’s Scoot, announced today that it has been named the Emerging Airline for MICE Travellers yesterday in the 3rd Annual VETA awards. The VETA awards, presented by Travel Scapes is the leading award honoring the achievements of best in the travel and tourism industry. Paul Castelino from Sharaf Travels, NokScoot’s General Sale Agent (GSA), was presented with the award in presence of the leading industry partners and influencers.

NokScoot first launched direct four-weekly flight from Delhi to Bangkok on 19 December 2019. The airline plans to further spread its wings in India in the coming years. NokScoot also operates regular flights to Nanjing, Qingdao, Shenyang and Tianjin in China, Narita, Osaka and Sapporo in Japan, and Taipei. Additional flights to India, Japan, and South Korea are to follow in the future.
