The promoter and the company is fully cooperating and will continue to cooperate with the Enforcement Directorate and has provided all the information requested. All claims regarding his involvement in Augusta Westland deal are false and incorrect. Hindustan Power strongly denies the unsubstantiated, speculative and fictional allegations being made in this matter. Since the matter is sub-judice, Hindustan Power doesn’t wish to comment any further on this.
