Sohan Lal Commodity Management (SLCM), India’s leading agri services solutions provider with operations across India & Myanmar, has been ranked 39th on ET Now’s list of the Top 75 ‘Dream Companies to Work For’ in Asia. The company has also been honored as the ‘Dream Companies to Work for in the Warehousing sector’. Mr. Manish Mandan, Head-HR & Administration and Ms. Varnika Kukreja, GM – Corporate Communication at SLCM Group received both the awards at a ceremony held at The Taj Lands End, Mumbai on Saturday, 16th February 2019 in the presence of a 2000+ distinguished gathering of business leaders, academics, and senior HR professionals.

The selection of SLCM was made on the basis of a key factor that in order to add value, human resource policy should align with the business strategy. These included investing in employee health and following rigorous workplace practices to ensure employee welfare, for instance engaging in employee rejuvenation activities, which contribute to overall employee satisfaction and employee engagement. More than 5000 organizations applied for ‘Dream Companies to Work For’ to undertake the assessment this year, making it one of the largest studies in the space of Workplace Recognition.

In a short tenure, Kissandhan has already financed more than INR 1889.78 cr. for multiple commodities pan India. It has impacted about 413667 farmers till 31st January 2019.
