The 15th edition of the India Warehousing & Logistics Show (IWLS) 2026 commenced today at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, marking the opening of one of the industry’s key platforms for warehousing and logistics.

Organised by RX India, the three-day exhibition brings together industry leaders, solution providers and decision-makers across warehousing, logistics, supply chain and cold chain.

The show features the latest in warehousing solutions, material handling equipment, storage systems, automation, logistics infrastructure, supply chain technologies, and AIDC solutions.

Co-located with the India Cold Chain Show, the exhibition also highlights cold storage and temperature-controlled transportation solutions. Together, they cover the entire supply chain, from storage and material handling to transportation and dispatch, under one roof.

Leading brands participating include DP World, Motorola Solutions, Maersk, DHL, Infosys, Accenture, TCS, Saint-Gobain, Delhivery, CEVA Logistics, DARC Logistics, JSW Steel, General Mills, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg and Reliance Retail, among others. The show also draws international participation from Spain, the United States, France, Finland, China, Oman, and the United Kingdom, fostering connections and opportunities across global markets.

Speaking at the opening, Mr. Umang Gupta, Country Head, RX India, said, “Warehousing and logistics are critical to India’s economic growth, and the industry is investing in infrastructure, automation and technology at an accelerated pace. IWLS has grown alongside this transformation, and we are proud to offer a platform where buyers, solution providers and industry experts from India and across the globe can exchange insights and forge meaningful partnerships. We look forward to a productive three days for the community.”

Ms. Reema Punia, Event Director, IWLS, added, “This edition reflects the sector’s strong confidence in IWLS as a platform for innovation and business growth. Beyond showcasing new products, we bring the industry together to explore new ideas and chart the future of logistics. Our focus is to spark meaningful conversations, knowledge exchange and building partnerships that translate into tangible business opportunities.”

Western India remains a key hub for India’s manufacturing and logistics ecosystem. Maharashtra’s strategic location, proximity to industrial centres in Gujarat and Goa, and connectivity with southern markets make it a natural destination for industry engagement.

Established warehousing clusters in Bhiwandi and Panvel, the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA), and access to JNPT and Mumbai Port further strengthen the state’s logistics advantage.

The exhibition is open to trade visitors from 10 AM to 6 PM on 22 and 23 October, and 10 AM to 5 PM on 24 October. Visitors can register at www.indiawlshow.com.
