The Transport Complaints Unit (TCU) of the Transport Advisory Committee got 11 601 grievances and recommendations in the 4th quarter of 2025, with 311 being pure tips.
The grievances and ideas gotten throughout the quarter were primarily associated to public transportation services (87 percent), enforcement matters (8 percent) and traffic conditions (4 percent).
