I could not be prouder to witness Karine Jean-Pierre take her new position as White House Press Secretary the first Black and LGBTQ person to hold this title. She not only brings a unique talent, but a great deal of experience to one of this nations most difficult jobs. I have faith that Karine will take on this role with the poise and grace it deserves and will be a strong voice for the American people and the Biden-Harris Administration.
