It has been an exciting two years. It has been an honor to be entering our third year providing services to the Triumph enthusiast and rider communities, and we’d like to share even more exciting news with you all. We have been proud to provide not only ECU tuning for nearly two thousand customers but also operate a full-time shop where we can make your bike dreams come true, whether through a full bike build, or simply parts and maintenance.

Through this, we have established partnerships with some of the largest parts manufacturers in the US, such as British Customs. We have proudly had the largest parts retailer in the US, A&J Cycles, as a partner from day one.  We’ve now expanded operations to where we have partners on six different continents, including Easy Rider Girona in Spain, Triumph Twin Tech in New Zealand, 7115 Scooter Shop in the Philippines, and Motone UK to cover the spiritual home of Triumph Motorcycles.  Most regions in the US via many amazing dealerships, private shops and established vendors are also now served. Because of this, we now tune on six continents every single month. Antarctica, give us a call!

Because of this rapid growth, a year ago we made a big step forward and opened a new shop in the Pacific Northwest. The new shop ballooned our capacity to not only serve our customers but also to expand our support to the entire Triumph range. This led to more features to our tuning being added, such as the removal of top speed limiters and increased security measures. But the machine still moves ahead, and we’re expecting unprecedented success in 2022.

We are now proud to announce that because of that growth and success from our partners and customers, we’ll be building an all-new facility to serve all of you better, as well as future proof our operations going forward. We will be breaking ground in the upcoming months at this facility, so please stay tuned for updates. In early March, DNK TuneWorks will move to a temporary facility in the Washington, DC metropolitan area so we can oversee the construction of our new facility. This means that until we complete the new workshop, the non-tuning part of our operations will be temporarily on pause, but the ECU tuning of DNK TuneWorks will not be affected, and we will still accept on-site tune installs as well.

However, as our main move has been planned to occur during the second and third weeks of March 2022, any tuning orders for mail-in ECUs will be contacted individually to coordinate shipping, as they’ll need to go to our temporary site during the transition period. All digital orders will see no impact.

To continue to provide service to riders and enthusiasts here in the PNW, we have partnered with a brand-new shop opening in March in Portland. People’s Moto Company, while an independent shop, will take over for operations in this region. You can contact them at info@peoplesmotoco.com for service, tuning@peoplesmotoco.com for ECU tuning.

We look forward to an exciting 2022 with this news and hope to service all your Triumph performance tuning, service, and maintenance needs in the future. We are also excited about expanded services and capabilities where we will offer within the next year, so please stay tuned!

Have a great day,
