A respected voice in his field, he is also the author of an article for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers The Champion, which was published in 2011. Notably, from 2015 to 2021, he has consistently been listed among the Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers. Likewise, Mr. Khojayan has been distinguished amongst America’s Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorneys and the California Lawyers Association’s Top 100 Lawyers.
Mr. Khojayan pursued a career in law due to his passion for helping others. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in criminology from the University of California Irvine and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. Mr. Khojayan has been admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, all the District Courts in California, and the Southern District Court of Texas.
Amongst the many highlights of his career, Mr. Khojayan is most proud to have reversed numerous convictions, including those that have allowed various immigrants to remain in United States. Looking toward the future, he intends to continue helping people with complex legal matters in California and nationally.
