Accomplishments include being an integral part of a start-up with 7 stand-alone environments without any disruption in services, directing successful customer implementations of both warehouse and WMS systems, and ensuring P+L integrity and operational best practices.

Mark is an expert in the management of complex supply chain systems, consulting projects in pre-sales and implementation phases of business acquisition, and the analysis and design of supply chain operations.

As a solutions leader at Flash for over 10 years, Mark continues to strengthen his knowledge of warehouse operations, account management, and forging lasting customer relationships as the Sr. Manager of Solutions Engineering.
