Zia Consulting, Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) business solutions, has announced the addition of Carolyn Paul as an independent Director of the Board.

As of July 26, 2021, Carolyn Paul brings her extensive experience and thought leadership to Zia Consulting. Paul has held executive leadership positions at several banks including ANB Bank, Bank of the West, and Wells Fargo. She retired in 2020 from her role as President of ANB Financial Services and a member of the ANB Bank Board. Throughout her career, she has managed over $1 billion in assets, launched new business units, led rebranding efforts, improved operational processes, restructured teams, and led operational and compliance turnarounds. In addition, Paul has been a key leader and contributor in more than a dozen non-profit boards including Colorado Thought Leaders Forum, Susan G. Komen, Community Food Share of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Currently, she is also a governor-appointed member of the Colorado Secure Savings Program board that is designing and implementing an Auto-Enroll IRA program for the state of Colorado.
