Caterbox UK Ltd., can now produce bespoke boxes for customers who need to safely store and/or transport delicate or awkward shaped items safely and securely. These boxes are produced with a reinforced base and rims for additional strength and are also stackable. Constructed from top quality 4mm ridged fluted plastic and PVC Foamex they can be made to measure in any size up to 970mm wide.

Bespoke boxes can be made with no lid, with a place on lid, or with a hinged lid as required. They can also be produced with any size of dividers to hold whatever items the customer requires. Dividers can be made from Correx or can be solid dividers. The company also manufactures a number of dollies and trolleys which can be supplied if the bespoke box can fit on to them.
In addition, Caterbox manufactures conveyor racks which can be adapted with a wide range of compartment configurations so that glassware and chinaware can be held securely. The contents can be cleaned in the rack and then proceed to transportation or storage without any need for repacking.

The open design of these conveyor racks ensures perfect cleaning while providing sufficient protection against any breakages. This rack system is used by many caterers, glass loan businesses, and event hire companies.

In similar design to the catering conveyor rack range, the company also produces tech racks for the safe cleaning transport, and storage of high-quality metal parts. These are ideal for the safe cleaning of precision parts and fine mechanical items that are used widely in the automotive, electronics, and aerospace industries. Another big advantage of the company’s conveyor racks is the colour coding ability. Colour coded compartments and dividers can be provided, along with top frames and labelling clips, which make it easy to distinguish racks during cleaning operations. The racks can be printed with any text, numbers, logos, barcodes, or QR codes that the customer requires.

The Caterbox printing service is also available for all of the other catering boxes and storage containers that the company manufactures. This can be used to promote a brand, distinguish one type of glass from another, or just help to prevent a box from going “walkabout”, which can often happen. The printing service gives the option of either using thermal transfer print or high gloss vinyl printed labels.
