Last evening we saw few photographers address Janhvi as Sara and while the actress was all smiles handling it graciously one hears that this whole exercise was planted. It is amusing to see how the only strategy that Sara Ali Khan’s team can think of is comparing her everywhere with another young and one film old actress.
This also reminds us how both Sridevi and Amrita Singh had their debut in Hindi Films in the year 1983. Sridevi had her first Hindi Release “ Himmatwala” and Amrita Singh had “Betaab”. Both the films were super hits. But while Sridevi became a legend because of choice of films and sheer hard work, Amrita’s flamboyance didn’t help her after a point.
Janhvi seems to be following her mother’s advice that she should just focus on her work and work hard. The actress is busy prepping for Takht, shooting the Gunjan Saxena biopic and fulfilling other professional commitments. The young girl is focused and clearly knows her priorities.
